Shipping and Payment Information for Ocean Active:

Shipping:

We use Courier Guy to deliver your orders. Shipping is a flat rate of R120,00 on every order. ALL orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and delivery will take an additional 3-5 business days. 

(Your order has a processing time of 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS, regardless of where you are located).

Once we have started processing your order, you will only be able to cancel if you are willing to pay a 50% handling fee, which means you will only be refunded 50% off your original payment.

Please note that we currently only ship within South Africa.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the delivery status of your order.

Payment:

We accept payment via electronic funds transfer (EFT) only.

Please note that your order will only be processed once we have received confirmation of payment. We recommend that you use the order number as the reference when making your payment to ensure that your payment can be easily identified.
