Return Policy for Ocean Active:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ocean Active. If you are not satisfied with the sizing or quality of your purchase, we offer store credit for returns. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. You must initiate the return process within 14 days from purchase. Once we receive your return, we will process your store credit within 5-7 business days.
Please note that the customer is fully responsible for the shipping of the return package. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we have received your return, we will issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs. You can use this store credit towards a new purchase on our website. If the item you received was damaged or defective, please contact us at ocean.activee@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
